Items NOT included: Logos, WordPress website design, brochures, custom media kits, complex custom pocket folders, vehicle wraps, physical book cover/jacket, branding consulting, etc (This not a complete list).
Printing is an additional cost. We are more than happy to send your design to OUR printer.
FIRST: We’ll have a conversation via phone, Skype, or Google Hangout to discuss the projects that you desire.
SECOND: We determine the order of designs for the day and I’ll start designing.
THIRD: After we are complete. I will deliver all final files via downloadable link.
» The initial conversation will happen between 8am-10am EST timezone.
» You will need to be ready to discuss at ANY point during YOUR DAY to accomplish the project(s).
» If the project(s) are not complete by “end of day” — you will have the ability to buy the second day at $395 as well.
(Don’t worry, we’ll discuss this BEFORE during the day so there are NO surprises).
#1 – You’ll need to make sure you have the PREP FORM filled out. You will be taken to this form AFTER purchase.
#2 – Have all digital assets ready (i.e. logos, photos, etc) ready to send to us (via DropBox).
#3 – Be prepared to talk via phone, Skype, Google Hangouts to discuss your work at any point during YOUR DAY.
You will receive all FINAL “flattened” files that are related to our work together.
» VIRTUAL = Flattened JPG or PNG or PDF (depending on work needed).
» PHYSICAL = You will receive the “Press-Ready PDF” that all printers use AND a “Proof PDF” for your records.
» These are the same files that all my clients receive.
Your appointment day is important and we are MORE than happy to reschedule if needed. This is not a problem.
We will indeed work with you on getting your designs completed for you.
I’m not writing this because I believe you’re going to dislike our designs. I believe you will LOVE them.
BUT, just in case… we can refund BEFORE we start the initial consult conversation on your date.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee.
